We’re looking for a Twitter native content creator to work alongside our CT Lead and communication teams. This role will be contributing to the company’s social presence. The ideal candidate is a seasoned & respected crypto twitter/X native that has a proven understanding of crypto twitter/X best practices. What you’ll be doing: • Creating high quality, engaging content for executive and brand channels, ensuring alignment with overall company messaging and brand voice. • Making memes and posting bangers. • Working directly with the policy team to deliver messaging in a social native way. • Working cross-functionally on product and brand marketing campaigns to bring them to life on CT. • Building content campaigns to deliver our corporate messaging in compelling, engaging ways. • Monitoring Twitter/X trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for timely and relevant content creation. • Standing up working processes and content systems between internal teams. • Monitoring, advising on and responding to FUD through short and long term strategies. • Engaging directly with the CT community, responding to mentions, and building relationships. • Analyzing performance metrics to continuously optimize content strategy and improve engagement. • Be flexible with working hours as crypto never sleeps and sometimes neither do we. What we look for in you: • Deep understanding of social and new media landscapes. • Passion for crypto and economic freedom. • Strong background in building and engaging with a social media following, especially on X. • Meme proficiency. • Fast learner. Can jump straight into our policy work. • Proven experience as a talented copywriter and memer. • Direct communication style; despises corporate speak. • Thick skin – open to feedback and does not get emotionally affected. • Born & raised in the Twitter/X trenches. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice to haves: • Experience creating content for other social media platforms. • Solid working relationships with social and new media. • Understanding of the regulatory, security, political, and technical landscapes influencing cryptocurrency. • Experience with short-form video content and other social media platforms. Senior Rust Engineer – Microblogging & Social Feed Infrastructure

OleOle is building a global football super app combining social networking, messaging, live scores, short-form video, gambling, commerce, payments, translation, and mini programs into a single platform focused entirely on football fans worldwide.

We are looking for a senior Rust engineer to help architect and build the core microblogging and social feed infrastructure powering the platform.

This role is focused specifically on:

social feeds
timelines
follows
fan conversations
repost systems
engagement systems
notifications
trending systems
real-time communication
scalable social infrastructure

This is not a generic backend role.

The platform combines elements of:

Twitter/X
Bluesky
Reddit
WhatsApp
live score systems
real-time translated communication

inside a football-focused ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

Design and build scalable social feed infrastructure
Architect timeline and follow systems
Build real-time fan conversation infrastructure
Design notification and engagement systems
Help architect distributed event-driven systems
Build scalable APIs for social interaction
Work on moderation and communication infrastructure
Help optimize systems for global scale and low latency
Collaborate with frontend, mobile, AI, and platform engineers
